    Gary Holding Group is a full service real estate firm specializing in senior housing, office development, and retail development with a primary emphasis on the southeast. Gary Holding Group was established in 1996 by Tony Gary, a Real Estate Broker; Tim Gary, a graduate of Georgia Tech in Building Construction; and Mark Gary, a graduate of Georgia Tech in Business Management.

Since beginning in 1996 GHG has found rapid growth in the Atlanta area and become recognized as a top 10 Developer by Atlanta Business Chronicle for the past two years. With experience and knowledge of communities, GHG has completed class “A” projects with great success.

As a premier developer GHG first recognizes the needs of a customer and then designs the building to maximize all aspects of a customers needs. GHG has extensive knowledge and experience of managing property from a spec building through occupancy, while also maintaining the ability for build-to-suit developments.

GHG continues to see growth through strategic partnership with institutional capital. GHG has now completed its second assignment with Calpers/AEW and is currently under development for a 35 million dollar senior housing project.
